I'm in perimenopause myself. I know the tired days, the changes you can't quite explain, and the feeling that your body suddenly plays by new rules.
I also know it doesn't have to stay that way. By changing how I eat, move, rest and take care of myself, I found my balance again. I feel good in my body, and I want that for every woman.
Perimenopause and menopause are usually talked about as something to survive. I see it differently. For years we've taken care of everyone else. This phase invites us to come back to ourselves, with more wisdom and less need to please.
My interest in food started early. While studying nutrition, I kept running into one-size-fits-all guidelines that never made sense to me. Every body is different, so why would the same plan work for everyone? That question still shapes how I work today.
I'm married to Michael and mom to three. We live in Costa Rica, in a community close to nature, where we try to live as consciously and freely as we can. It taught me that health isn't only what's on your plate. It's how you live.
No extreme diets. No quick fixes. Just a better understanding of your body, and support that fits your life.
